Pubbelly Sushi - An offshoot of the popular Miami-based franchise, Pubbelly Restaurant Group Pubbelly Sushi at Casa de Campo brings Chef Mendin’s bold take on Sushi and Japanese cuisine to the DR. In addition to the PB Sushi classics, the menu includes and extensive selection of fan favorites from the Pubbelly groups’ other restaurants and offers a fun and unexpected dining experience sure to appeal to all palates, like crispy tortilla, garlic aioli, and truffle oil and Tostones con Ceviche—Hamachi ginger soy, cilantro, red onion, and yuzu. Discover the expansive pool deck with its infinity pool, enjoy specialty house cocktails at the ocean-view bar or delight yourself with a memorable meal at the restaurant. Minitas Beach Club & Bar - Luxury and Caribbean style at it’s best is what Minitas Beach Club & Restaurant brings to Casa de Campo Resort & Villas. A completely modernized restaurant, with a pool deck addition, ocean-view bar and lounge, and a signature dining environment that delights beach-goers and foodies alike. Located at the famous Minitas Beach, the Beach Club & Restaurant provides a creative and versatile offer, based on Mediterranean and Latin American culinary traditions, combining different elements for a vibrant and captivating experience. Additionally, features a traditional a la Carte menu and “family style” dish options for large groups. The chef’s specialties bring a dynamic element to the menu, delivering top-notch options, ambiance and service. Not included in the all-inclusive plan.
