Set amid lush tropical gardens, the Sugar Mill is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful British Virgin Islands. Our small beach has a natural reef, which provides interesting views for snorkelers. Our circular fresh water swimming pool is nestled among swaying palm trees offering a refreshing alternative to the beach.
We have a full concierge service and are happy to assist in organizing daytime excursions such as windsurfing lessons, diving, day sails or spa treatments. Come and let us spoil you at the Sugar Mill Hotel. The Sugar Mill Restaurant is renowned for its romantic atmosphere and culinary delights. Enjoy our spectacular sunsets in the tranquil ambiance of our tree-shaded alfresco gazebo terraces. The main Dining Room has been restored from the ruins of a 370-year old sugar mill, where dinner is served by candlelight with a menu that changes nightly.

Room Categories and Descriptions - The Sugar Mill
Room amenities include air-conditioning, ceiling fan, kitchenette with microwave, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and clock radio. Please note these rooms have no TV’s.
Children Policy: We are not able to accept children under age 11 from December 21 to April 14. Children under age 11 are free from April 15 to December 20.
Deluxe Studio - On a hillside overlooking the channel between the Sugar Mill and neighboring islands, these rooms have spectacular views of the gardens and sea. Features either a king or twin beds with private bathroom and balconies.
Specific bedding and/or special requests are fulfilled based on availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

Sugar Mill Restaurant - Imagine dining by candlelight in a romantic 370 year old stone sugar mill with a tropical garden to add to the atmosphere. You can - at the Sugar Mill Restaurant. The nightly changing menu is designed by our chefs and our proprietors. The Sugar Mill Restaurant is renowned for its romantic atmosphere and culinary delights. It is open for dinner only.
Islands Beach Restaurant - Lunch is served at Islands, our beach seaside restaurant. At midday you can feast on such dishes as Stamp and Go (salt fish fritters), Flying Fish Sandwiches, Jerked Baby Back Ribs, Crab Cakes, Garden Pita Sandwiches and, of course, Cheeseburgers in Paradise.
Terrace - You'll find breakfast on our open terrace where the menu will tempt you with such dishes as our Beach Breakfast (a Caribbean combination of Black Beans, poached or fried eggs, creole sauce and fried plantains) or Rum French Toast, Plantation Pancakes or Pina Colada Pancakes.

The Bar - Exotic drinks are served in the alfresco gazebo terrace bar which has a view of Jost Van Dyke and is a perfect place to sip a rum punch or pina colada while watching one of the North Shore's dazzling sunsets.
