Room Categories and Descriptions - The Fairmont Royal Pavilion
Room amenities include air conditioning, alarm clock with radio, bathrobes, coffee and tea maker, color cable TV with remote control, DVD and CD player, hairdryer, in-room safety deposit box, refreshment center, iron and ironing board, high speed internet access, crib (on request), and VCR rental (on request).
Children Policy: Children under 13 years only accepted May through October every year.
Oceanfront Deluxe Room - Each room has a private balcony or terrace with a beautiful ocean view. The bedding is either one king bed or two twin beds (upon request).

The Villa - Tastefully decorated, all of the hotels rooms are modeled on magnificent ocean vistas. Each room has a private balcony or terrace with a beautiful view of either the ocean or the lush gardens. Maximum Occupancy: 6 adults or 4 adults with 2 children.

Palm Terrace - White Moorish arches, cool ocean breezes, a sea so close that it almost reaches the table. The exquisite Palm Terrace Restaurant has a relaxed, intimate style and features a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea. Whether you choose to indulge in traditional afternoon tea in the lounge, savor complimentary canapés while sipping on a pre-dinner cocktail, or simply delight in an exquisite melange of international and Caribbean fare: the magnificent open-air setting of the Palm Terrace Restaurant is one of the most picturesque on the island. Add to that some of the best musical talents Barbados has to offer, and the Palm Terrace Restaurant is a place where memories are destined to be created. Open daily for afternoon tea from 3:30pm to 5pm. Also open nightly for dinner from 7pm to 9:45pm with live entertainment. The dress code is resort casual. No beachwear or athletic wear allowed. Reservations are recommended for dinner.
Café Taboras - Located poolside, this casual open-air bistro provides a blend of exceptional food, a casual relaxed atmosphere and breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. Daily buffet breakfast features both a hot and cold station, with a wide selection of fresh fruits, cereals, pastries and hot daily specials. Lunch options change daily. Café Taboras also offers an appetizing selection of beach and poolside refreshments. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the dress code is informal. Reservations are recommended for dinner.
Afternoon Tea - Barbados is known worldwide as the 'England in the tropics'. In the tradition of the island's English heritage, resident guests of The Fairmont Royal Pavilion enjoy complimentary afternoon tea daily. For many years, the relaxing Café Taboras at this iconic Colonnial hotel, has played host to this centuries old tradition.
Our seasoned culinary team ensures an authentic and memorable experience- from our wide selection of caffeinated and herbal teas, including Earl Grey, Darjeeling, Peppermint and Chamomile, to freshly baked scones with cream, jam and butter, and a variety of pastries including pound cakes, cookies, brownies, puff pastries, jam turnovers, fruit cakes and fruit bread. Served daily from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Resort casual dress code. No wet swimwear allowed. Reservations are not required.
