Room amenities include air conditioning, alarm clock, bathrobe, bathroom amenities, bathtub/shower, CNN or other news, color cable TV with remote, ceiling fan, clothes press, coffee/tea, direct-dial phone, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, modem/data port, movies, private bath, radio am/fm, mini refrigerator, safe, self-controlled heating system, spare electrical outlet at desk, two-line phone, voice mail and work desk with lamp.
Children Policy: Under the traditional plan, children under 17 are free of charge. Under the all-inclusive plan, children 3-12 and 13-17 are charged, and children 2 and under are free of charge.
Resortview - One king-size bed or two double beds, garden view or partial oceanview. Maximum Occupancy: 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
Bayview - One king-size bed or two double beds, partial oceanview. Maximum Occupancy: 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
Oceanview - One king-size bed or two double beds, full oceanview. Maximum Occupancy: 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Sugar Bay Resort & Spa offers the following restaurants:
Mangrove Café - At poolside, casual atmosphere featuring pasta bar, hot and cold buffets, sandwiches, Sunday brunch, lunch and dinner. Casual. Hours are 11am-9pm.
Iguana Grill - Poolside, features char-broiled specialties including burgers, sausages, chicken, veggie burgers and "catch of the day." Casual/Outdoor. Hours are 11am-6pm.
Manor House Restaurant - Features upscale hot and cold breakfast buffets, a la carte dinner with display kitchen. This is a non smoking restaurant. Indoor/air-conditioned, dinner dress code: slacks (no shorts). Reservations required. Hours are 7am-11am and 6pm-10pm.
Tuscany Restaurant - A formal, intimate atmosphere and a la carte Italian favorites for dinner. Open seven days a week. Guests on the all-inclusive plan receive a 50% discount on their total bill.
