The Royal West Indies is an all-suite, oceanfront condominium resort located on one of the world's finest beaches, Grace Bay. It features the easy elegance of Caribbean living and is styled in a Colonial design that captures the romance of a past era. The resort is comprised of Studio, 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom units with Oceanfront, Ocean view and Botanical views. The 1 and 2 Bedroom units boast full modern kitchens for self-catering and are excellent for family use. The studios have kitchenettes for less ambitious vacation cooking. All suites have ocean-facing balconies that overlook magnificent Grace Bay or Royal West Indies' spectacular botanical grounds.

Room amenities include air conditioning and ceiling fan, telephone with voice mail and data port, radio/CD players, full bathroom with shower, cable TV, electronic in-room safes, washer/dryer, iron/ironing boards, coffee maker, hairdryer and 12-foot sliding glass doors leading to spacious balcony.
Children Policy: Children 12 and under are free of charge, when sharing room with 2 paying adults.
Studio Suite - These very popular studio suites have set a new deluxe standard in value on Grace Bay! Whether botanical view, ocean view, or oceanfront, the view from every spacious balcony is outstanding. All studios contain 1 king-size bed. Studios feature 12 foot sliding glass doors, sleek kitchenettes (microwave, refrigerator, and sink) and remarkable furniture. Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child.
One Bedroom Suite - Perfect for couples or families, these light and spacious corner suites represent true luxury at an excellent price. The master bedroom contains a king-size bed and is bright and airy with its signature Caribbean louvered shutters. All suites feature a spacious living area with a queen-size sofa bed, fully appointed kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, and 12-foot sliding glass doors opening onto an over sized wrap-around balcony. Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
Two Bedroom Suite - Connecting suites combine to create this spacious dynamic 2-bedroom lockout featuring a common entrance foyer and breathtaking views from the over sized private balcony. These units allow for a wonderful 2-bedroom accommodation for family and friends while at the same time offering prime value at a luxury location.
