Room amenities include air conditioning, canopy or four poster bed, Porthault linens, silky chenille throws, louvered windows, private veranda with ocean view, direct dial telephone, ceiling fan, tea/coffee maker, in-room safe, private bathroom, bath products, hairdryer, and daily maid service.

Premiere Guestroom - One king size bed or two double beds. Two adults maximum.
One Bedroom Suite - One king size bed or two double beds. Three adults maximum. Suite can be combined with an adjoining guestroom for a two-bedroom suite including one king bed, two double beds and a separate sitting room with a sofa bed and private garden.

The Terrace - Innovative classical cuisine is served on the terrace amid tropical plants and flowers, overlooking the lights of Charlestown and St. Kitts. The casually sophisticated dining veranda showcases a superb menu of island and continental cuisine with the freshest seafood, local delicacies and produce from our own garden. Serves breakfast daily and dinner nightly.
Mill Courtyard - Serving lunch daily in an open air setting.
The Mill - This intimate restaurant for 2-18 people is set in the plantation's original 18th century sugar mill, serving a four-course 'prix fixé' menu. Also available for private parties.
Room service is available for continental breakfast only.
