An attractive group of 16 villas combining the best of private living arrangements with hotel services. 14 of the villas are rented only to a single party--available as a one bedroom, two bedroom, or three bedroom unit. Those villas are designed around a private pool. By exception, 2 villas have been divided into a studio with an outdoor Jacuzzi (at lower cost) and a two bedroom suite with a private pool. All offer views of the water and most with panoramic vistas of Orient Beach and nearby islands. Gorgeous landscaping surrounds each villa. All units are equipped with deluxe appointments including full-size appliances, and a compact hi-fi entertainment center. Situated within 500 yards of Orient Beach, considered among the best in the Caribbean, guests will find excellent watersports facilities and beach restaurants.

Room Categories and Descriptions - Green Cay Villas
Room amenities include modern full-service kitchen, air conditioning, bathrooms with hairdryers, family-sized living room, cable TV, audio/visual equipment, in-room safe. The kitchen includes an ice dispensing refrigerator, ovens, a toaster, and a coffee maker.
Children Policy: Children 2 years old and under are free, but are charged for bed or crib.
Studio - Studio accommodations are available at some villas. Each spacious studio contains a modern full-service kitchen, air-conditioned bedroom with bathroom, an intimate private Jacuzzi, and in-room safe. Maximum Occupancy: 2 guests.
1-3 Bedroom Villas - All 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms have the same description. If someone gets a 1 Bedroom or 2 Bedroom, they get the whole villa (they lock out the extra bedrooms) so the 1, 2, and 3 Bedroom villas have the same amenities (kitchen, living room, pool/deck, etc). Maximum Occupancy: 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (1 Bedroom), 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 children (2-3 Bedroom).
