Bistrot - This open-air, Mediterranean-themed Bistro overlooks the stunning Cap Cana Marina and is the perfect location at which to enjoy an evening meal. The Bistrot offers lunch and dinner daily and serves a variety of dishes, including fresh seafood prepared with only the finest local produce. This restaurant features its own pool and oversize patio, while the upper deck provides one of the finest locations from which to enjoy a spectacular Dominican sunset. Dress code: Casual (Outdoors); Resort Casual (Indoors). Hours: 12 noon - 10pm.
Market Salamander Grille - Featuring elegant decor, Market Salamander Grille serves International Cuisine throughout its multiple dining rooms during the day. Serving buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner options, which include carving stations, salads and fresh seafood, this restaurant provides a relaxing setting and offers a takeaway food service. Dress code: Casual. Hours: 6am - 11am (breakfast); 12:30pm - 3:30pm (lunch); 6pm-10pm (dinner).
Bistrot Bar - This trendy bar and nightlife venue features fashionable accents, a soaring ceiling and relaxing seating arrangements - perfect for a pre-dinner drink or nightcap. Dress code: Resort casual. Hours: 11am - 11pm.
Mansito Bar & Lounge - This stylish location offers a relaxing ambiance in which to enjoy an elegant evening drinks selection. Meaning "tranquil" in Dominican dialect, Mansito features a laid back and spacious adult lounge area with comfortable seating. Dress code: Resort casual. Hours: 11am - 12 midnight.
Bohio Bar & Grill - This beautifully crafted, circular pool bar features a comfortable shaded area and offers creative cocktails, ice-cold beer and delicious light fare throughout the day. The word "BohÃo" is derived from the native Dominican Taino language and was often used to describe a community location, which the pool bar - with its daytime entertainment options - undoubtedly provides. Dress code: Casual. Hours: 12 noon - 5pm.
