This cuisine is a uniquely evolving food style, created by culinary professionals and stylishly presented. Its preparation reinterprets the diverse food styles in traditional Caribbean cultures, using modern culinary techniques and indigenous ingredients, with a salutary concern for health and nutritional values. The Old Caribe Bar & Restaurant also offers exotic drinks, made from the purest of fruits blended together to give that natural zest--whether they are frozen, mixed or just on the rocks, you'll definitely be back for more.
Dress Code: In the restaurant, shoes are worn, bathing suits are covered and men do not wear tank tops or sleeveless shirts. After 6:30pm men wear slacks and women wear dresses, slacks or culottes--no shorts permitted.
